Power tweens!!!!!!

Miley Cyrus and Justin Bieber (I wish he was called Beaver, it'd be funny) were spotted out and about in Los Angeles last night, stopping to take in a chummy business dinner together.

They seemed pretty coy when they were asked if they're working together or not, but if they decide to record a duet, they would have the biggest tween hit of the decade, wouldn't they?
