If you're Kate Moss, worth an estimated £30 million, what do you give your child's loyal 60-year old nanny as a gift for Christmas? She looks after adorable Lila Grace while Kate travels the world for her modelling commitments and takes care of her when the hard-living Londoner goes out partying. So you'd think she'd get the woman something special, right?

Apparently not. Kate took her nanny (who happens to be Sadie Frost's mum!) to Topshop for a freebie shopping spree, costing her nothing as she designs a range of designs for the stores. Bear in mind this woman is 60 years old. Johnny Ikon hopes Kate has got her something else too!
