Jen terrified of being single

Poor, sad Jennifer Aniston. Jen was reportedly so desperate not to be single for her recent Marley & Me movie premiere that her staff were calling friends to try and set her up with a blind date!

Aniston's new film comes out in America on the same day as ex-husband Brad Pitt's new movie, The Curious Case of Benjamin Button, and she was aware that comparisons would be drawn between her solo status and him showing up on the red carpet with beautiful partner Angelina Jolie.

A source revealed: "She didn't want to face the glare of being unattached while Brad Pitt toted Angelina Jolie around. Jen did not want to be single when her movie opened. A friend of her agent was calling around asking for young men whom they could set her up with."

Luckily, Jennifer got back with her ex-now-current-again boyfriend John Mayer shortly before her big day, and she was spared the embarrassment of a blind date. Johnny Ikon would be surprised if they make it as far as her next film premiere though!!!!!
