A copy of Michael Jackson's will, that the Jackson family were unaware existed, has been handed over to them. The document was written in 2002, and kept by lawyer John Branca.
The singer's last wishes were reportedly to leave his entire estate to his mother Katherine Jackson, his three children and one (unknown) charity. They'll file the document in court over the next few days. Much has been made of the fact that the will excludes Joe Jackson.
UPDATE: It's emerged that the will contains a request from Michael that custody of his three children passes to his mother Katherine. This will hold weight in court, but is by no means binding. Meanwhile, the family have said they'll file the document with the court tomorrow.
