Londell McMillan, Katherine Jackson's lawyer, has just confirmed that she has now agreed terms with Debbie Rowe over the custody of Michael's children Prince, Paris and Blanket.
Katherine will keep custody, but Debbie Rowe gets visitation rights. She won't get any $$$.
McMillan says: "It's an agreement for the best interests of the children. This is not a money deal. There's no situation better for the children than to be under the care of Mrs. Jackson."
UPDATE: McMillan didn't mention this clause, but TMZ are reporting that Debbie Rowe is insisting on a child psychologist to assess the children, and help them adapt to their new life.
