Jack Tweed sent back to prison following allegations of sexual assault at his home

As Johnny Ikon revealed on Friday, Jack Tweed was arrested in the early hours of yesterday morning after a 19-year old female claimed to police he had seriously sexually assaulted her.

Because he was drunk when he was arrested, prison chiefs have demanded he be returned into their custody once interviews about the alleged rape are completed because he has violated his probation by being drunk - one of the conditions was to seek help for alcoholism.

Regardless of the rape allegations, he must now have to serve the remainder of his sentence.

Meanwhile, detectives had to wait for him to sober up to interview him and a friend, Ashley Rubin (22), about the incident. Both of them remained in police custody until late last night.

UPDATE: Jack Tweed has now been formally charged with rape. Ashley Rubin has been released on bail pending further inquiry, and a third 25-year old man has now been arrested.
