Lindsay Lohan's lawyer Shawn Chapman Holley fed the judge lies in court earlier today.

She repeatedly insisted that her client's passport had been "stolen" in Cannes and that they had reported the matter to authorites. The French police have now responded, saying there's been "no report" of a missing passport to them. Why did Lindsay's lawyer lie to the judge???

ARREST HER!!!!

A warrant has just been issued for Lindsay Lohan's arrest during the DUI progress meeting (that she's missing because she's stuck in Cannes without a passport). Updates to follow!!!!

UPDATE: The judge has also issued these stipulations if Lindsay posts bail: she can't drink alcohol until she's met with the judge, she's going to be fitted with a SCRAM device on the day she returns to LA, and she'll be tested for drugs each and every week from now on. Bail has been set at $100,000. Do you think Lindsay Lohan can afford a hundred grand LOL???

UPDATE: The judge added that sticking to the above conditions will only keep Lindsay free until the next hearing. She said there is "probable cause" to believe Lindsay violated her probation, so she could still decide to send her to jail at the next hearing. Lindsay's lawyer Shawn Chapman Holley tried to argue with the judge on the drug testing, but she was reminded that Lindsay's DUI was for driving after she took illegal drug cocaine back in 2007.

UPDATE: Lindsay's lawyer has admitted that there's a very real chance she'll be arrested when she arrives back at the airport in LA over the next day or two. The judge clearly didn't believe the lost passport story, telling the court: "Actions speak louder than words", and also commenting that Lindsay has a history of missing important appointments for this DUI case.

UPDATE: Lindsay's lawyer is as deluded as she is. Shawn Chapman Holley says that the reason for the judge's anger is because the media is watching this case. I think the judge's anger is more to do with Lohan skipping out on court and not attending her alcohol classes.

Well, this is odd - watch Boyzone's interview on 'GMTV' this morning, and Ronan Keating grinning and gurning his way through a lovely chat with Lorraine Kelly without saying a word about the fact he was about to announce he's splitting from his wife of twelve years, Yvonne.

It certainly makes for uncomfortable viewing now. They've got a lot of promotional duties for their new single lined up, so is Ronan going to continue ignoring the elephant in the room?!!

Ronan Keating announces separation

Irish singer Ronan Keating has announced he's separating from his beautiful wife Yvonne.

The couple are ending their relationship after 12 years of marriage, with the Boyzone star's spokesman releasing a statement: "With great sadness, Ronan and Yvonne Keating today announce their separation. The separation is amicable and they will still continue to work together in order to provide the best for their children. The family ask for privacy at this very difficult time." I'm so sad to hear this, they always seemed rock-solid. I feel for their kids :--(

N-Dubz sign major US record deal

Great news for N-Dubz!!! The hip-hop group have signed a US record deal with Def Jam, which will see them join new label-mates Rihanna and Kanye West on a five-album contract.

Bandmate Fazer declared:

"We are so excited to be signing with Def Jam. Getting a US deal is something we've been working towards for a while and we can't wait to get out to the States and have our music heard globally. It's gonna be a monster year for us."

It's definitely good to see British music making it to the US (even if I think it's bloody awful!!!).

Cheryl Cole won't sign for 'X Factor'

Cheryl Cole is refusing to sign her contract for the new series of 'X Factor', it has emerged.

The reality show judge says she won't commit to returning to her £1 million job until she is certain who will be replacing her pregnant colleague Dannii Minogue while she's away on maternity leave. A source says: "It would ruin her 'X Factor' experience not to have another ‘girlie girl’ like Dannii to laugh and joke with and gang up with against the lads. There’s been talk about Mel B whom Cheryl is quite frightened of. She is also very mindful of the fact any youngsters may try to upstage her in the fashion stakes." Cheryl is scared of Mel B???? I thought she usually just thumped black women if they annoyed her? Ooops, we're meant to have forgotten about that incident. Anyway, she better sign up soon or she'll just be replaced!
