The East End cool kids' very own private members club

Review

Where is it?

Shoreditch House is in, err, Shoreditch. Who'd have thought?! It's not far from Liverpool Street station and tube.

What's it like?

Like all of Nick Jones's creations, this is a swanky members club for media hipsters. Expect TV and press's most influential Eastenders to take up residence here, popping in to enjoy everything here from a two-lane ten pin bowling alley to the Cowshed spa, the well-equipped gym or the piece-de-resistance rooftop pool. It's a lot less pretentious than its sister Soho House, perhaps simply because of its location.

Why does Johnny Ikon love it?

It's got everything you could ask for, it's glam but not snooty, it's.... oh, who am I kidding? It's all about the pool!
